This 3-day-per-week program delivers short, sharp, and effective sessions that hit the full body, build fitness, and keep you strong year-round.

Each day is designed to get you moving fast: a quick warm-up, straight into circuit-style training that drives results without wasting time. Some days finish with a high-intensity finisher; others end with a bodybuilding-style pump to keep you looking and feeling your best.

Life doesn’t always give you perfect conditions — Legacy Move adapts to whatever you’ve got. With three tracks (Full Gym, Minimal Kit, and Bodyweight), you can train anywhere in the world, from a hotel room to a battle camp. The structure stays the same; only the tools change. No access, no problem. You’ll always have an option.

How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts 30–45 minutes start to finish — including a quick warm-up and an intense full-body workout. Every session is designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time.
What equipment do I need?
None — or as much as you’ve got. Legacy Move includes three tracks: • Full Gym: Barbells, racks, and standard gym equipment. • Minimal Kit: One dumbbell or kettlebell and a set of bands. • Bodyweight: No equipment at all. You can switch between tracks any day based on your access.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every session is scalable and accessible. You can adjust reps, pace, or weight to match your fitness level. The goal is consistency, not perfection — and the program grows with you.
How many days per week is it?
Legacy Move runs 3 days per week, making it ideal for busy people balancing work, family, and life. The structure ensures you’re still building strength, fitness, and capacity — without burning out.
Can I combine this with other training?
Definitely. Many use Legacy programs alongside other pursuits — running, martial arts, shift work, or tactical training. The sessions are designed to complement your lifestyle, not compete with it.
